100 Us Gallon Tank

I should be finally getting that 100 gallon I was talking about soon. My question is, will it be big enough for these fish?

FISH
3 Bleeding heart tetras
2 iridescent sharks(planning on giving away when too big)
2 rainbow sharks
2 plecs
2 mickey-mouse platies
2 mollies
2 barbs
1 bamboo shrimp

I know, lots of pairs. XD

In case you are wondering, I'm keeping the goldfish in the 40 gallon they're in now.

If I could have more, what do you suggest I get? And If I need to get rid of some, what should I? I'm not going to give the rainbow sharks away, they're too much fun.

Yeah, but the shark may have problems with your other fish.

How so? And which one, rainbow or iridescent?

I noticed the rainbow kept chasing the mollies from an algae wafer, that's the only thing though.

I read the rainbow, but I may well be confusing it with a RTS. Don't know much about iridescents.

Probably both when they are larger but it all depends. Sounds OK for now, stocking wise you are good. Just keep a close eye on them sharks

Oh just noticed the two plecs, what kind? Even if they are common they should be ok for a long time but you kinda need to know what kinda plec you got so you can be prepared and give it the appropriate care. BTW, nice to see you are investing in another tank so you can do this the right way. Thanks for taking all the advice so humbly, you will do fine

I honestly don't know, sorry.

One is dark brown with mottled brown spots, the other looks like a shark. I'll gte pictures up in the morning.

it would really depend on your filtration, I have far more than your stock level in my 100G but then it has two filters both rated for more than 100G

Hi there could you tell me what volume of water my tank holds it is 16" tall, 17 1/2" wide and from front to back 6 3/4"

You may want to increase your tetra school up to 6, because they love to school. Just my two cents.

I think u should up the platy and molly numbers upto three (1 male, 2 females) and up your tetras to 6!
