What crabs are they?

From what i understand it will grow back next time it molts. I recently got a couple more red clawed crabs. One of them has a big craw and a slightly smaller one, so i'm assuming his little one is one that he has grown back.

Yep, SHOULD grow back after a molt.

Yeah as far as I know most invert's are able to grow back lost limbs over time. It might take a couple of molts before it is the same size though.
