I'd go with the sev, the turquoise or red neck color morphs, or even the gold/orange morphs are stunning, and very friendly. There general size is 6-9 inches (9" being pretty large).
It's hard to get your hands on a descent looking blue acara or fire mouth anymore (unless wild caught).Festivums are shyer but are fantastic fish, I used to have two and when the light caught them they would shine a light blue glimmer.Due to their smaller size you could house two comfortably in there, with the rest of your stocking.Still, they aren't quite as nice as a sev imo.
I just think a descent looking sev would be the most eye catching and entertaining choice! This is what i'd do:
1 x centrepiece cichlid -turquoise sev
1 x school of diversion fish- rainbowfish ( beautiful family of fishes), boeseman would look fantastic but grow quite large so lacustris may be a better option
1 x group of large corys
Edit and 4ft is too small for adult silver dollars imo.The min should be 5ft, a 5-6" large bodied, and skittish, shoaling fish isn't gonig to be too happy in a 4ft tank.
