I dont know much about salt water tanks. but What if someone Made a filter that was also a heater? if there is not something like that already. It would save space in your tank.

We be poor people so I've been looking on amazon for a heater for me and my son's 10 gallon. Any suggestions? If it can stick under $20, I'll be happy. I would like to see what other people would suggest before I add one to my wish list.
