    Blue Tang Itch

Ok so it seems this wasnt as severe for the fish as i thought (i thought salinity that low would have killed) ok i will check marine velvet and see what that is, as forementioned its only the tang effected and it did have 6 white spots very small on its black line and some on its blue part but...

hi, im new myself but i have run a 90l marine for 5 months so far, those lights will definately not work those are barely adequate for goldfish at 3.5 watt, you need to look at power compacts which start at about 36w for a split colour bulb and the longer ones are higher, i run 80watts of power...

    Is Advice Always Correct?

    Is Advice Always Correct?

I was viewing it primarily as a added security for my live stock, should i have a compatability issue between any tank mates and also should any problems occur with the stars it would be an area already loaded with their food in an emergency, i dont know which method i would use i am quite keen...

    Aquarium Lighting?

Thanks, i sorted it today i went to a very good local fish supplier who had a lighting display on a tank where you could switch different tubes and observe the fish (very good idea i think) So i have a 50/50 pink/deep blue and a 50/50 actinic/white, its perfect for me all the colours show...

    Aquarium Lighting?

Thanks for the advice, the tubes are next to each other so 2 50/50 bulbs should alternate like you said, so i will try that and if i need the red i could maybe add an led strip or sqeeze a regular 8w t5 tube in there for red as thats about all would fit.
