Another suggestion for you .. Instead of painting it. Black vinyl. Can be bought of ebay fairly cheaply, stick that too the back of the tank. Can be removed easily enough then. People are vinyl wrapping cars these days, so should last on a fish tank :good:

They should do. Kribs are good parents. Mine manage to chase my plec away which is twice there size!

I love kribs! I have a pair of 'red' kribensis breeding in my tank at the moment. Unfortunately 2 weeks ago I was cleaning the tank and accidently turned the cave over, which was full of eggs!! Was gutted :sad: Haven't seen the female in a few days and the male is staying by the cave, chasing...
