Finally got my 240litre tank all up and running and just looking for some ideas of what to put it, i will be transferring my ruby shark (red finned shark)which only sometimes chases the other fish but hopefully with bigger tank will be fine and my german rams from my smaller tank but i don't...

yeh that's it the tank is very handy for hiding the fact didn't do neat and tidying cutting. That sounds like a good idea about the heater, i hadn't really heard much about them. but good luck :)

i ended up getting a drill with a hole saw attachment and made some holes not very neat i might add but it works, im now in process of setting the filter up trying to make sure all pipes tight etc, first external filter so worried about leaking if not secure enough lol so fingers crossed have it...

i just bought a new fluval roma 240 tank and it comes with the fluval external 306 filter. when speaking to the guy in the local lfs he said i should put sealent/ silicone (which he gave me some of) at some of the fixtures connecting the external filter to the tank but i can't remember what...

hi, i just bought a new fluval roma 240 tank and stand but it is the old type of stand so i have to drill holes in the stand to connect up to the tank. Has anyone got tips on how to do this or what to use. anything would be great

i am about to set up a new 240 litre tank and unsure what is best to choose gravel or sand?? if any one can give me advise that would be great :) also i shall be moving my rainbow shark, and rams across to it any advice on other fish could have with them.
