Hiya SPB :D Welcome back lol...I too have been away from here for a few years.. and recently came back too :D..I know how you feel..and yes the "bug" for fishkeeping never really goes away lol..I use to raise tropical fish..but since my cat died, i let my tank go and dry up for two years..only...

One time i found my "tuxedo mollie" dead in the tank. And when i was gonna take it out, both my apple snails beat me there lol, and were descaling it...it was creepy lol.

my dreams always have my recent fish in one tank, and my deceased fish in another. Now thats weird cause i only have one tank. LOL and it just is too freaky lol. I guess my dead fish are haunting me lol.

lol the fun part about keeping, IMHO, is naming them :) I named mine from The X-files :) but they died. Mulder, my first fantail goldfish, died the last. But now, My fish had a liquer theme going lol. And then my other three have odd names. Right now here are a list of the names name...

Im just wondering, is there a special way to clean the powerfilter ?? Lately when it slows down, i unplug it, and clean it off with a paper towel. But is there any special tools out there to help clean it ?? Thanks :)

Im with you on that. I have a 10G tank with 5 Mollies and one Pleco. I feed them every morning after i get up. :D
