just to update on this, it was the other female that caused the problem, we seperated them and put some treatment in and shes now on the mend! the other female kept attacking her! Thanks to all for help!

we have 6 neon tetra who don't seem to go near her and 5 danio who don't go near her either :S her top fin has a small piece missing, can't see much other damage

It's 64l, tetra, 1 other female, danio's and 2 guppys, 1 black moore... I have used a 6 in 1 test strip and everything looks in order. she only moves to come to the surface for air and flips on her side and floats around the tank :(
