after they freeze they come back to life my friends have lots of goldfish ponds and it freezes and once it unfreezes they come back to life.

i have had this same situation a few times you have to put in lots of unsalted skinless peas from the canned food aisle at the grocery store please try this it always works for me!

if you buy a betta from the petstore it will usally live about a year and a half to 2 yaers because no telling how long they have been waiting at the pet-store.i have not raised a betta from fry so i could not answer that.

give them to your good friend he or she will take good care of him i am sure and he or she will get to send you pics and you can visit your friend and your fish good luck on whatever you are going to do.

i am getting a new betta after a recent death of my favorite betta magic he was the best i really miss him and i know he will be the partier up in the heavens so i will always have 3 betta's so i am needing some advice on getting a healthy one because magic was a survivor from many sicknesses...

no it is just bloat :/ .Give her some frozen de-shelled peas into bite size pieces that would fit her mouth it really helped my betta get over bloat.

i really am not giving you a strait answer and don't take this the wrong way but i personally think a betta might be happier alone. :/

that sounds alot like one of my stories except my betta had terrible swimmers bladder. :)
