Ive heard of infertile male livebearers which had long gonopodiums and I did a search on google but didnt find any breeders breeding lyretail swords, so thats why I had my doubts. Also from thos article I just found... apparently if these swordtails do breed, only males are produced...

If you cant get baby brine shrimp, crush the flakes very finely and use a wet toothpick to put the crushed food to feed them. Giving meds is ok as well, just make sure not to overdose.

If she had a dark spot on her stomach (you can see it through her skin), then she is pregnant. The darker and larger it is, the longer she has been pregnant.

I've always wanted a betta, but never really considered keeping one. I don't really have the budget to go out and buy a whole new setup for just one fish :(

Ive read that you shouldnt really keep seahorses with fish because faster fish will prevent the seahorses from getting food. And, seahorses prefer tall tanks as opposed to most fish which prefer long tanks.
