I have 4 barbs, 4 rainbowfish and 6 ruby nosed tetras in a 25UK G tank I use a plastic syphon tube and its that that scares em I dont move around in the tank quickly

Every time i do a water change for about 1 day after the fish #### emselves any time i go near the tank, so even feeding after they dont take it Is this usual?

I do 20% water changes weekly and so equals 25 litre water to this I add dechlorinator the day before and let sit. Usually the water is still about 18-20oc with tank being 24oc, the fish seem to like it though
