This is hard to describe but i have noticed tiny tiny white things swimming around my tank, they look like the sea monkeys my kids had once, and you can only notice them if you stare realy hard in the tank. I noticed them more in the breeding tank which has 9 baby guppies. Does anyone know wot...

can guppys tails grow back -_- , cos my small male guppys tail has been bitten and so has hes side fin :/ . He seems happy enuff and swimming about ok :fish: Sorry if this sounds such a silly question :*)

My guppy took a week in total to give birth to all her babies. Good luck with your exsisting babies. my 4 baby guppies are getting bigger by the day. 8)

well i got her from a local fish shop and then 1 week later she had the fry so i dont no how old she was

can baby guppys survive in a normal fish tank bowl that has no pump or heater, cos my babys keep getting attack by the other fish?

make sure ur tank has lots of plants so when she does have her fry they can hide, my guppy took me by surprise and had 60, luckily they had loads of places to hide, but i only have about 4 which live under the rock. I also agree breeder boxes are cruel and it stresses them out too quickly, i...

Can anyone tell me whether female guppies die straight after birth or a little while after. My beautiful guppy had about 60 babies and 2 weeks later she died. I did notice a little bit of redness under her belly, does anyone know wot this is? :( :/

:( My female guppy who just had her babies has just died and so have the babies cos i cant see them in there anymore. I think keeping them in a breeding net is cruel anyway, we should just let nature do its thing............

:( I agree, my guppy had over 50 babies and all i have is 4 left, all the other fish were round her waiting for them to arrive and ate them all. i could`nt do anything cos i didnt have a breeding box. :(
