    i agree, 36l is too small for a blue gourami, they can reach sizes of 15cm-17cm depending whether it being male or female. Males can beomce terratorial and agrresive towards smaller fish. Add some cycle or easy balance to top up on good bacteria.

    had that before, read in book you must dispose of quickly. They die within a good few hours without no father oxygenating them so dead eggs = rotting. that causes harsh toxins Strippy

    Ok so a high nitrate reading is good then ? what the benefits....Phosphate -> algae? I'm feeding them on a mixturs of brineshrimp(frozen), Cucumber and algae wafers. Any good? I'm also doing 10% water changes per 2 days

    Can any help me???? I recently manadged to breed bristlenose successfully after a few attemps..... But I seem to have lost mose of them, around four remaining out of fifty. What sort of food shall i feed them, Light is rare where the position of the tank is. Many thanks
