Yes we dechlorinated the water, i have just taken some of the water out so its got a gap now see if that works where do you get the water disturbance from as i havent heard of that (maybe im just a bit blonde LOL)

Yes we were just going to move her to a net breeder as thats all we have, we are thinking of getting another tank anyway but wont be for a while yet,and yes its freshwater set up. Will just have to keep an eye on her completely new to this . thanks for the advice much aprreciated joanne
