hey everyone, :shout: today my mum was cleaning out our 4 foot tank [coz we got a bad dose of cone shell snails and had to put the snail chemical in to kill 'em] and any way, underneath the rocks she found 3 x 6-8 inch red worms that have legs down the sides and kinda look like red garden...

just thought i would like to share a picture of my cuty pye..... his name is Bailey [yeh, i know a pretty common name...but all i could think of] he is part brittish persian and doesn't he know .it....lol :nod: i cant really say i own him, coz we all know that cats OWN their people!!! .lol...

they are both very cute - mika looks like a leopard cub.....and like a huge big handfull but no doubt she is a bundle of joy.... the other cat is very beautiful...i dont think i have ever seen a cat that looks so shiny.....and wise...lol :good: deffinately POTM material and the photos you took...

has anyone ever owned a congo tetra?? :huh: i saw them at the shop and they look very beautiful... :D ..do they grow fast?? are they a placid or aggressive fish and will they go with rainbow fish?? -_-

awwww.....congrats... what kind of chickens?? normal ones - i used to own a few bantum chickens. :D they are about half the size of leghorns and are so very cute as chicks!! :nod: hopeall goes well!! :good:

hey fmervin..... i have a tank that takes approx 40 litres and i have a few rainbows, bristlenoses and a clown loach.... they are great for keeping the snails at bay....another good one is the pakistan loach - they'll eat all the snails for breakfast.....both are very hardy and are really cute...

i recon cats have got the easiest life ever!! they both look very happy and content - absoulutely B-E-A-UTIFUL both sooo cute..... :good:

my mum recently bought 2 feeder yabbies to put in our tank..... has anyone had these before [other than using them for feeding]?? do they grow very big?? any info would be good.... ta....

a while ago i had a overload of snails in my tank that came from weed........... :unsure: but any way, i was told that pakistan loaches and clown loaches will eat them up pretty quick.....plus, they are pretty cute to watch and are really hardy..... :hyper: you can also get snail drops...

i dont actually have a filter in the vase....so do you think i should put a heater in [to raise temp]?? i have heard that white spot on gold fish can be cured with a course of dilute salty water...would this work with my beta??

he is in a large vase with one of those 'peace' plants in the top. takes approx 4-5 litres. i used to have a small bristle nose catfish in there until the catfihs died. but i cleaned out the vase and changed the water ect... had a look at the link wilder sent, and it looks like the white...

hi every 1 just recently i noticed that my red beta has little white spots on its body and all over its tail. his tail has what looks like white fuzz or fluffy stuff on the end [it kinda looks like the fuzz that surrounds fish food when it goes off] - any way, he hasnt been eating much at all...

i recon it looks nice :nod: i do agree that a few more plants wouldn't go astray.... what kinda fish do you have in there?? is that a gourami i see?? ;)

hey, you mentioned that your tank as a bristlenose baby factory. :hyper: Maybe you could help me.. :shout: . i have a 4'' male, 3'' + a 2'' females in my 2ft tank. I found a large clump of orange egs about a week ago, in the corner behind the log. However, the next day we had a black out...

coolies :good: i used to own a ghost knife and i'd feed him on beef heart. It was amazing to see him eat it.... :hyper: much better than watching fish eat normal flakes or pellets... well, done!! :D
