This moring they are now swimming about the back of the tank but havent come out from the plants once. My old corys used to be out and about within minutes of adding them so i expected them to do the same :huh: The tank is 125l so is big enough and none of the other fish have bothered with...

Ive just got 3 Corydoras schwartzi (i wanted more but i found i didn't take enough dosh!) I've not kept corys for a while and these 3 have spent all their time amongst my amazon swords hardly moving. Any ideas for tempting them out and about?

I've just been reading about reproductive cancers in unneutered male rabbits and the likely hood of it as they get older, so does anyone here know the signs of it? As my rabbit (Benji) is about 8 years now and hes never had any health issues or had his essentials removed! Also im after rehoming...

The topic title says it all really! Can anyone help me with information on this species, going by the name and look off it im guessing that it's related to Microsorium pteropus. Currently it looks healthy planted in the sand/gravel but im not sure about its long term needs...

I am having the same problem!! 2 females where one is constantly bulling the other who now spend her time hiding and rarely eats, i am soon going to more the victim to another tank so she gets some peace.

Today i have noticed 3 or 4 small white spots on my clown loach, his caudal fin. They are only just visible and the fish seems healthy + happy, also no other fish have any signs of them at the moment. I was wondering if this is whitespot or is it something else? What are your thoughts....

I would sugest the Discus tank as there aren't many bottom swimmers and my featherfin can be territorial with other catfish!! But really you should be able to keep him in either, also to my knowlage of them heat is not too crucial. One last thing, beautiful fish :good:

:D I agree fabulous fish. After watching them for a while i am now think along the same lines as you, Deffinatly a couple more!! Also another question, ive read in some places that their marking are individual because mine do look quite different. Does anyone know if it's true?

They should be fine together, Betta's are probably too small for the shark to bother with!!

This morning ive just got 2 Botia kubotai for my south-east asian tank. At the moment they are both about 7cm, how long will they take to reach full size? Beacause even though they are already looking happy they are dwarfed by my adult Synodontis Eruptus!!

Yeah that is the way it's supposed to be done :good: Despite this i prefer to leave them floating for about 10 minutes then just let them float out, mixing the water. Even though it's probably the worst way to do it its least stressful for the fish and mine have always been perfectly fine with this!

I have just got 2 female Opaline's for my tank, They have not touched any other fish, but they do like to have a pop at each other!!

Synodontis Eruptus is beautiful, I have an amazing 8yr old male "Trojan" Deffinatly my favourite!!

How about a tank full of breeding 'Neolamprologus multifasciatus' I love these little cichlids, great characters :D

I carn't say what i think of the people who do this to naturaly beautiful fish because it would offend people!! Why mess around with nature :blink:
