Cycled? Guess I will go and read what that means! I did leave it running empty for 2 weeks before I added fish - if thats cycled?

The tank is now 2 weeks old, we have got 2 little cat fish things and 3 male guppys - I think neon tetras will be next but having lost one of the guppies and another not looking too hot - think I will leave it another week, just to be sure we are doing things right. Havent tested the water yet...
