thats fine, hatchet fish are a type of tetra so the bio load is very small. i would recommed 6-8

for my advice, dont buy rams in hard water. i had them before. they were fine for a month until the water became hard and then they died in quick sucsesion (spelling). other apistogrammas are usually better

i would say 3 or 4. they are perfectly fine in a tank that size, in fact they don't really like big tanks (because they get lost!). you can choose from any of the cories for that size of tank but i would say 3 or 4.
