    My lfs did a water test for me and said my nitrites were at 5+ ppm and my test at home was about 0.5 mg/l. Is it just a difference in terminalogy?

    I've just gotten a 90G tank and am cycling it. I'm testing regularly and am charting it on some software but the software askes for ppm and my test kit measures Nitrites in mb/l. Does anyone have a magic formula to convert mb/l to ppm? Thanks!!
