My beautiful black, and gold angel fish, managed to get stuck in one of the inlets for my jewel filter!! I managed to get it out, but it was looking really poorly. It died 10 mins later. :rip:

Well, i have two, im not sure what sex they are, and my tank holds 260 litres of water. When i get fish i normally do some research etc, before i buy them. However i didnt have any say in the matter this time, as my hubby just came home with them. I hadnt even asked him to get me any fish!

Im afraid that i havent got any pictures, as they wont stay still long enough for me to take a picture. They are black, with a few blue/green patches. They have yellow fins, and obviously the males are brighter then the females. Any ideas?

I can't sex rams. Can someone tell me how to?

The water is perfect now (there was high nitrites a week ago). The PH is fine, and so is everything else. All of the other fish are fine and healthy. Could the other 2 rams have been attacking him? I got him 2 weeks ago.

It turned black in colour, then started sitting on the bottom of the tank, and then lost all ability to swim. The others look fine. What could have been wrong with it? :(

Please, please be careful. I thought my tank had been cycled enough after 8 weeks, and it turned out that it hadn't and i have lost 6 fish which im gutted about, and even with water changes etc my nitrites are still high, so its going to take a while to get the tank back to normal. It can...

No offence ment by this post but..... Only two days ago you were asking when you could add fish to your tank. You said that you didnt have a thermometer and you didnt seem to know much about cycling your tank. Have you tested your tanks water? Do you know what tempertaure it is?
