For example a platy is 2 fish point so it needs 4 litres.

This question is for the people of the UK. At pets at homes they have a system to that tells you how many fish you can have in a tank. The system is roughly 2 litres is 1 fish point and an inch of fish is a fish point. I have though for awile this system is flawed, but I want to know your opinions.

I have had the platy for 2 months and it hasn't grown, my water was slightly hard but then I added tannins to my water so it is softer now, the tannins are starting to go away now

Teacup I think, I do currently have a platy that's about an inch and I think it has reached its adult size.

Do you think I should go for a full platy tank. I do like them and I could have a school of 5 to 6 if I get the dwarf ones

I was going to try to get a heater towards the end of the year, but during the winter the heating is on quite a bit. Aren't badis very territorial, I do like the scarlet badis but if I was to get any I would only get 1 though. Could you keep killifish or ricefish in a 6.5 gallon tank?

It is a superfish Qubiq 30 Pro 30 × 30 × 30 cm. I have read zebra danios can be kept in 10 gallons for a school of 6 but this is a school of 4 and 1 pearl, the pearl danio should probably go, so I thought 6.5 would be fine for a school of 4. The tank is an unheated tank so currently it is about...

Last water change wss 2 days ago and I only had enough treatment for about 20% water change

My tank is fully cycled I got it w months ago. I used to do 3 1/3 water changes a week but I was running low on water treatment, but when I get some more I will continue doing e water changes a week.
