No I’ve never put algae wafers. Should I? He comes out like in the picture but have not seen him move, the most he’s moved is doing a 180 but sitting in the same place.

Hi, my snail one day just stopped moving, It’s been about a month of the snail not moving.. I check every week if the snail smells…( no smell) also will close right if I tap th shell. My tank is clean and all water test come back normal.

I don’t have a test kit I ordered api freshwater test kit. Will be here later today. I have a separate thermostat on the other side of tank from the heater. That keeps a good steady temp.

Is there anything I should do or could do to help him?

It might be 10 gallons I not 100% I just know it’s 10 something it’s small but not that small of a tank. I have plants(Hawthorne). that give lots of hiding spaces. I changed water yesterday as I noticed it yesterday that guppy was acting different and it did not change behaviour.
