2 of our discus have some holes in their head (possibly more of them but the holes are still pretty small). Im thinking since they have holes in their heaf, then they probably have hole in the head disease... We got them a few days ago but I guess we didnt notice them at first. Nitrate 15ppm...

What you ask of these snails is kind of impossible. Just go through the sand and get out as many as you can.

So one of our discus has like these mini spasms in his fins. Tank parameters: Ammonia 0ppm Nitrite 0ppm Nitrate 15 ppm pH is 7.0 but they were in tank with 6.8 previously Tank is a 30 gallon high.

Do you mean 0.25? I think if it was 25 ppm it would have already died.

They were drying their hands after they had them in the water and dropped the towel in the tank. They for some reason squeezed the towel over the fish tank to get rid of the water, and it got cloudy...

I think the change to koi is real, if you look at the middle pictures when it turns white you can see speckles forming on both. When it first turns white you cant really make it out but theres one on the head. Then in the next pictures they start turning bigger.

Apparently its real. Even if turning into the koi wasnt real going from the blue to white looks pretty real and impressive.

Lets say that hypothetically speaking you only take out a gallon or two from a 10 gallon tank, when you add the new water, do you still use dechlorinator? Since its so little do you really need to add some?

Maybe same Clown Killifish. They prefer water thats on the cooler side though.

They are predatory fish so the smaller fish will probably get eaten.

That tank is probably to small but African butterfly fish are pretty cool.

You can test the ph of water with red cabbage.
