I have set up a new 110 litre tank¹ which is currently cycling. Pic below. I would like to put in 2 angelfish, maybe 4 plates and 3 or 4 Cory's. Would this be overstocked? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also if I dont put them in the shallow tank I will need to get a larger tank. If I put everything that is currently in the shallow, including the filter, gravel etc will I still need to cycle the new tank?

I have a 2ft x 1ft shallow tank. About 1ft deep. Would a few barbs, say 6 be OK in there on their own with no other fish?
