Thanks for all the help. Now that I have both Kanaplex & Furan -2 should I treat with both at the same time? They both have different directions.

So I am putting together that I should treat my entire tank. That being the case.... API General Cure & API Furan-2 OR Kanaplex & Furan-2 ???? (I can't get my hands on any Spectogram). Is one more "safe" for bettas??

I have API general cure. Would you recommend treating my whole tank? Or moving the betta to another tank. I have a spare 5g tank I use for quarantine.

No, the betta and otto are not showing any signs. That is why I have held off on treating the tank, even though it might help the blue tetra.

In my experience, I have had glofish tetras that had the same spotting. Took pictures and went to my LFS and they confirmed it was ich. They had me treat the tank with salt and parasite remedy. But unfortunately the fish still died. But it did not kill my other 2 glofish tetras..sorry I am not...
