I know they need some hiding spots which mine does... Its just that it doesn't eat a lot. After seeing some videos online of them being constantly out in the open and eating anything, im feeling envious and impatient. Ive narrowed it down to why he doesnt eat enough

It wasnt fed in the fish farm i bought it from... They call themselves professionals cuz they breed asian arowanas for export around the globe... But all they do is keep scats in freshwater and put 50 mono sebae in a 20 gallon tank. Thanks for replying, ill keep this thread posted if the problem...
i currently have a 2 foot long tank tahts about 30 gallons... got a senegal, silver dillars and hujeta pike. Im oooking for a fish to add that geta 5 to 6 inches in size. Thinking of gouramies, but would be nice to hear some suggestions!
