It shouldn't be a problem. Though I've never added it after starting a fishless cycle. If you feel uneasy about it, change the water to be on the safe side, and you can always talk to someone at your LFS

That stuff works wonders. Put it in the tank, wait a day or so, and start putting fish in. The bacteria bloom goes away in about a week and you're done. Just don't over stock it too soon. I've never had any problems with it. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but it's well worth it. No more...

Play sand works from Home Depot. You just have to be sure to rinse it really really well :thumbs:

I feed my freshwater dwf puffer snails and he's not much bigger than 3/4 of an inch. They will tackle the size they can. My puffer tried to get the big apples snails I had in the tank. You'd be surprised what they'll try to go after. :nod:

Here is a couple pictures of the BP's we picked up last night. I fell in the love with the darker one, she was hiding in a pot. We've named this couple Bonnie and Clyde (Bonnie is the dark one) and I think Heather already posted tank pictures but here... We'll be transfering all BP's...
