Thanks for the reply, yeah it's in feet, and it is 2ft high an 4ft wide. Not gonna go any higher as it nearly doubles in price an a lot of the fish in it will be Bichirs, so no real need for too much height

I've got a group of 6 at the minute, only ever added them all together tho so couldn't help with that. So long as they're the same size I'd imagine its fine. Definitely worth a decent size group too, love these guys

Try adding a few red lotus plants to the tank if possible, these will help lower it slightly too

Afraid not, once the Angels grow a little, they will definitely eat the Shrimp, an likely eat the Neons too. The Shrimp are almost certain to go. 

A BN Plec would have no issues at all in that tank. Very unlikely the Puffers would even look twice at a fish that much larger than them. Also you don't need to feed these Snails for their teeth. Puffers don't crunch through the shell, and they are one of the only puffers who's teeth don't...
