I guess it does, fish can have different personalities/behaviours. Keep an eye on those fins.

Wow! That is some shoddy workmanship. You could do better yourself. I wouldn't be putting water in that personally. I'd consider stripping it apart and sealing it myself if it can't be returned, as it's 'custom made'.

So what about female betta, how are they within a community?

Was hard cause he's a stunner but it's for the best. Not wanting multiple tanks. My bro was in the process of setting up a decent little tank 40ltr. At least I'll still get to see him.

I replaced my stone ones for the weighted plastic ones with replaceable disks. They are so much better. Also adjustable which is handy.

Hey What's your view or experience with having a Betta fish in a community tank? Mine is currently living with 8 rummy nose They all seem fine. Rummy entered the tank 2 weeks before the Betta. Have you had a good or bad experience doing this yourself?

Hi, so I got my first lot of fish. 8 rummy nose tetra All is well apart from this one female. She seems to just stop a lot while the rest school around. It looks like her fins are clamped up and she breathes heavily. Any ideas?

I'm restricted by space and the Mrs lol.. Probably a good thing. All my fish focus is on one tank but I can totally appreciate MTS.

I don't mind leaving some on the curves, snails will sort that out. So do you only use razor or some kind of sponge as well?
