URGENT!!! What should I treat internal parasites with?

I've little to do with fish deseases but I would not say that this issue must be an internal parasite, it sounds terrible and very dangereous! Perhaps and possibly it is another problem and not that dangereous.

Here I go again 150 gallon reset.

Excuse me my dear Itiwhetu but I believe most aquarists here would laugh loud over this construction (but I really only suppose it), thats the same as the current in the tank will achieve, you don't really need to have this gravel filter in the soil, and if you do you have to consider that you...

Here I go again 150 gallon reset.

I've never seen an undergravel filter like this. Does it run with an air pump? Will the water be soaked into the soil? The undergravel filter I have at home are made in japan and built as a bottom plate that covers the complete lower glass pane of the tank, It's made of modules to emsemble so...

My very modest collection of tanks.

You can have this plant permanently not under 15°C, that is 60F also you will be successfull in any case.

My very modest collection of tanks.

Yes, you are seeing hornwort there and the round masse of plant is subwassertang what is actually Süßwassertang and is a gametophyte fern, thus the first, non plant coverted stadium of ferns, this amazing plant can also exist living in the dark (little light) and is very suitable for the dark...

Last photo is 20L tetra AquaArt with the old 11W fluorescent light, here are 2 Hymenochirus boettgeri (frogs) living, together with neocaridina and a lot of melanoides-snails. First two photos are Eheim VivaLine 150 now without the guppies mesdames, number 3 & 4 are my 60L Tetra AquaArt 60 which...

My very modest collection of tanks.

Some little changes in my 150 L tank. Avant hier, this is the day before yesterday, all of my guppies females were taken away from it, I'm leaving back only 6 males of the guppies which were born in the aquarium, too. Kinda Endler-mistake mutant and colorful. To see the tank this way totally...

Unidentified organisms observed in my favorite tank

But I was speaking of the "brush" algae and not of the BB or black beard algae you know, it's not the same, and now that I'm seeing you live for the first time it whets the appetite for more, please I would like to have the recipe for my next original japanese soup with algae.

    Hello new friends

Well mon cher it's a little difficult to explain and possibly ununderstandable but I'm assuming myself to be a teacher of science-fiction (it's serious) and if you have some questions to the matter you are welcome too (there are lots of fools out there, don't care too much, and Sci-fi fish...

Moving house and my lovely Corner tank and fish must go

With rabbits you can make the best paella actually, be careful! And very welcome.
  27. MonsieurLaGrenuoille

    Don't throw it out

But be always careful if you don't know the exact provenance, it can be a source of pest and desease.

Unidentified organisms observed in my favorite tank

If they come again you can put some of them in a little amount of alkohol and if they are the BB algae (what seems to be the most probable) they will become red, for me these are algae and not some polyps, there are no such polyps in fresh water aquariums except the hydra and the bryozoans which...

    Ahoy, godlike aquatic life lovers

Hi Meodix, are you a Gaul now living in Canada (you know like Asterix, Obelix &Co)? Yes I recognized you (I've read all of them)! Please help me, when you are talking about the gender of your subjects, do you refer to the fishes? (most of them are very, very horny). For my part, I'm not a...

Who's next in my new 55 gallons?

The glass catfishes are quite shy, at least in the beginning and as you have said they are more fragile, a good amount of plants would help a lot to acclimatize them.

    At last! Horned Nerites !

Unfortunately not, they do lay eggs worse than the neritina snails, its name is Clithon diadema and it is a different spezies, they have males and females and if you are lucky and get only males they obviously wont lay any eggs (yes that will be difficult to realize).

    Rebuilding an old abandoned 29g

Thank you Jenny, since I want to connect the two tanks to make an ensemble, according to the law of communicating vessels they must be at the same level, but that's also for me an experiment that has to be realized yet. It's like a kind of weird sump not under but next to the main tank, and not...

Here I go again 150 gallon reset.

I like bike drivers (I'm one myself), I hope for you you don't own a car anymore after your last trouble with it, nobody knows who ordered them for mankind but probably some enemies from space (who knows), I'm sad to hear of your distresses, the world is still the home of the dinosaurs and there...

Here I go again 150 gallon reset.

I like your tank, your natural way of doing things is appealing, having in mind to breed all of the inhabitants as far as possible, it's my way of building aquariums too. It will be interesting to see how evolves this little biotope, I'll be here, thank you for sharing and well done!
