Ok great, would it be ok to put fish in water thats 28 degrees?? I wouldn't want to fry my new friends :) It didn't feel too bad when I put my arm in but I am human so it might be roasting to a fish.

Hi Zoddy, I've had tropical fish for a while, I've got fish in my other tank I'm just upgrading really I've put the sponges out of the other filter in this one to give it more of a start. I'll have a look at cycling to make sure I've covered everything. Thanks for you help :)
