    Veil-tail angel w/ fin rot

May I just politely say, 137L is too small for an angel let alone two. Unless you are planning on them breeding then they will be fine but that is if you are planning on breeding them. A recommended tank size is 55 gallons for angels (220L)

    Confirm that these are EGGS

And also, in the post above where I talked about dropsy, I said just in case. I didn't say she had it but it was just a provisional.

    Confirm that these are EGGS

I must politely say, I didn't say that she has bloat. I was just saying to you that this could happen. I understand that she is fine now but I was just saying to you what to do in case that ever happened. I wasn't saying she had bloat, I was trying to help you out and make sure that your betta...

Aggressive dangerous dog in my neighborhood.

I think the fences are a good idea. I have a dog called Lillie and she's a maniac when it comes to foxes. She will literally try and kill them even though she's only 18 pounds and less than a foot tall. She's a cockapoo. So when we let her out we have to shut the gate on our deck/patio otherwise...

    14 Gallon tank stocking idea

Is it possible to know the dimensions? length by width by height. Also you pH and GH? As an algae eater, maybe red cherry shrimp or amano shrimp could work. This would require weekly-10 day water changes as the fish will produce a lot of poop if you go for the school of 8-10 for each fish school

New stocking for a 52 gallon? Recently lost all my fish :(

Angelfish Rummynose tetras GN pleco Panda corys or albino bronze cory Kribensis Next!.....

What would be best to eat algae in a 20g?

@mrsjoannh13 I never noticed that the pink skirt tetra had such long fins. The skirt tetras are also referred to as glowfish.

    Anyone play airsoft here?

I've played airsoft before. Not very good at it lol. I've always wanted to play with a sniper as I feel that that is more of my type of gun. If I had $400 it would go straight into a RO water system to make my 33 gallon a better place for the fish I have in there.

She is gorgeous! Is there anything else in there? How comes it's just her?

New stocking for a 52 gallon? Recently lost all my fish :(

With your first option with the angelfish and other things, I think that the hatchetfish will become intimidated by the angelfish and they will be out competed. Also since otocinclus are small 3-4cm they have a chance of being eaten by the angel. Another option could be a gold nugget pleco or a...

    Help me please

I would stick with the treatment you are using for now. @Colin_T is the fish guru here and knows literally everything so he should be able to help you better than me :)

    adding large quantity of tetras

The angels should be fine with them. As long as the angels are eating and swimming around normally, then they’ll be fine. Just watch the angels as they grow though as they are known to predate on smaller fish 3-4cm

Ah right. Completely forgot they are both females lol. I can't get over how cool that yellow dorsal is though ?

    adding large quantity of tetras

Just more time to establish. Remind me what tetras you have again?? Avoid serpae, buenos aires and sometimes bleeding hearts.

55 gallon almost fully stocked... recommendations?

I'm sorry for saying that you could only have that amount of fish. I'm going to be honest what I said up there is wrong. I'm only an amateur and from my POV thought you had too many fish. You might've but I'm not sure. I'm sorry for misleading you though.

Best bottom feeder fish for a 10 gallon tank!

An alternative for algae eating invertebrates would be red cherry shrimp or amano shrimp. Both will help clean your algae. You'd just have to check your water parameters. As said above, mollys need a minimum of a 30 gallon. I have 3 in a 33 gallon but they are small 2 inches or so. But if you...

Hoping for suggestions for something to take care of algae

What is inside the tank right now @jonatheber? I highly doubt that another fish in the tank predated on them. It could be the water quality that's causing algae and also sunlight. Maybe do a water change and scrub the glass.
  20. Fish4dawin

    Confirm that these are EGGS

You might want to do a water change just to make sure she doesn't pick up any illnesses like dropsy. Dropsy is when the belly or sometimes whole body becomes swollen. If this happens do a water change and move the fish to a hospital tank. Just a filter and heater, no substrate is required inside...

    55g Rebuild

I can't get over how cool CW028s are. If you are wondering what I'm on about it's the cory in the middle slightly on the right and has a yellowey-gold dorsal fin. He also has a black stripe across his face. I have very good vision and some people might not see the yellow dorsal. Look for the one...

Yeah she definitely gonna have some babies. If you have floating plants most of the fry will likely survive.

He looks so much better! It was a pleasure reading the end bit. Do you know what species he is? Looks like an adolfoi cory to me.

She could be. As Deanasue said a better picture would be needed if possible.

Are these fish ok for my tank

I think I'd do bosemani rainbows (8) and then a big school of sids, with a GN pleco by the way using RO water
  37. Fish4dawin

I would like discus but is this tank too small for them?

So the fry can live in a bucket with a sponge filter, and heater with infusroia as food.

Are these fish ok for my tank

@essjay what would your tank be if you had a 75 gallon? What would your stocking be?
  40. Fish4dawin

    Daydreaming...

You could do bosemani rainbows. I like GN plecos, they have a very cool pattern on them. There is a lot you could do with a 75 gallon, a species rainbow tank, cichlid tank, rummynose tetra as a giant shoal and some corys and otocinclus here and there. There are so many options.
