How long has the tank been running? The danios might be the culprit if your tank is too small for them

It's honestly up to you. I would cull it because I only like having the best and strongest fry in my tank. If it doesn't seem to be hurting the fry itself, I say keep it.

It could be just stirred up waste but if it had all night to settle I doubt that would be it, but I could be wrong. It might also be an algae bloom. What is your tank setup like?

I've never had that kind of experience at my petsmart. Except for one time they tried to tell me that guppies would die in a freshwater tank and needed saltwater.
