I haven't done this but I assume you would need to glue it to some mesh. It wouldn't naturally grow that way. And lighting shouldn't really matter. Subwassertang has low light requirement.

I love subwassertang. I got a little bit in a shipment of shrimp and after an initial slow start, it is growing pretty fast now. Slower than moss but is is easier to control and I have it in 3 tanks now. Took maybe 4 weeks before it took off.

No cories and it is on the mopani wood. I've pretty much decided it is superglue. I just hadn't seen it before. I was asking because if they were CPD eggs, I was going to move them to a safer tank because I am pretty sure my platies would eat them in this tank.

I have serpae tetras, platies, and a bristlenose with my tiger barbs.

On the underside of leaves mostly for me. Look for clear jelly-like blobs.

I did daily search and destroy missions for about 6 months but finally got rid of mine. I also cleaned off what eggs I could find. It was only hard for the first few weeks when there was a lot.
