A flowerhorn IMO. But remember it depends on the fishes individual temperament but in general a flowerhorn is more aggressive. There's also other factors you have to take into consideration, such as tanksize.

What type of tank you looking to do?

Well I would go with a group of 4 Bolivians in that size tank, the parrot are hit and miss but not really suitable, as again your neon will dissipear and they really need to be in groups, their much suited for a semi-aggressive community.

Whats the dimensions? Your going to need more bolivians as they are social. Also your neons will start to vanish with a keyhole cichlid.
