I've been giving them liquifry 2-3 times a day now. They appear to have 2 black spots on each of them now, perhaps a pair of eyes?   I feel like I've jumped in the deep end with respect to caring for these fry but so far so good! 

  I use smooth rounded gravel in my aquarium which has 7 corydoras stocked in it. Their barbels have been fine for several months. I think if the OP is using jagged non-smooth gravel, this could present a problem for his Corydoras stock.

  Thanks Fishmad! They are indeed very small. I have some Hikari first bites, Sera baby fish food and Liquifry by Tetra. I might try either the liquifry or first bites at some point but I'm not sure when I should go ahead and do so because the fry are that tiny that they are probably smaller...

I would go with option 1 as its not wasteful and you will be increasing the filtration capacity of the main tank for the duration in which you have placed the quarantine media into it.   You don't want to go down option 4 as thats overkill, possibly expensive and could be very hard work.

  Thats excellent news. However, make sure you vary the fishes diet as fish that are usually very ill will still eat natural foods over processed foods. You will know that you are out of the woods when he/she begins to eat processed foods (i.e. flake, pellets etc).
