Whatever it is, it’s perfectly spherical like something has ballooned up on the lip. It might be an injury but I’m not sure. Is he still able to eat? It does look like it’s bothering him the way he keeps opening his mouth. Hopefully someone else might have a better insight.

It looks like a foreign object from those pictures rather than a growth but I can’t be sure. Is It definitely attached? Does it have its mouth open in that last pic?
