Oh I can relate to this a bit. Mine will sometimes go through plants and will stop moving lifelessly hanging out of plants 😂 They once hid sooo well I thought I lost most! Mine also haven't tried jumping out of the tank, yet. As for species, I have no idea.

No, it stays on from 9pm to 10pm. I wouldn't leave a single light on for entire night 😅. It just disrupts my already messy schedule. It's just here to be a short moon, and lights come on (for my reptiles too) at 7am. I might be thinking it's a little too much, but I'm not getting any algae or such.

Couple days ago I found another random dead cherry :( He was devoured by one of my amanos. Some family dinner, and some greed from the amanos: My cherries aren't breeding, the shrimplets that you see are from berried females from the store. Haven't seen any berries females since.

Is this an otocinclus? I heard they're not the easiest to breed in captivity. Most are wild caught anyway. I'd say it's just a well fed lil man :)

I usually know if the eggs hatched is cuz I get to see more snails lol, but luckily my mini ramshorns aren't getting too weird. I found two snail egg clutches on my amazon sword, squished them off and got rid of them. As cute snails can get, they can also get pretty nasty in numbers.

The guppy grass is doing wonderful, tank inhabitants are incredibly happy 🤩 Java moss seems to be doing just as well :) Some shrimp yoga :) Guplets and pool noodles seem to be happy as well :D And my best photo of the day is a yawning noodle! It yawned just as I was taking a pic 😄
