been a long time since I've posted, heres my tank minus 2 bala sharks (jumped out) but I have two new small ones..notice the food on the lid to keep them from jumping out I thought it looked pretty good and then I come on here and get blown away by these amazing tanks..

I think theyre just tankbusters..the heaters unplugged and I think the params are fine just did a change..what fish should I get it..I know balas are best in 3s but i dont want to get rid of him ive had him so long and i know i guess i shouldnt get any more balas

I think if i do it ill probably move them cause ill most likey add abunch of plants and rocks ..the substrate will stay

Would it be best to move the fish to another tank temporarily while im redesign it or do you think theyd be ok..theyr pretty jumpy and even after all this time the balas always swim away when anybody comes near

What did you use to "glue" the rocks together? I'm thinking about redesigning my tank...do you think itd be too stressful on the fish

to use any "plant" food or anything and u do u take them out of the container store employee said it didnt matter..but i think im now that ive had them a while

yeah thats one of the neatest tanks ive seen..id kill for a tank that cool lol..ur pictures are amazingly clear and the color is good..excellent job they look very happy

no worries same thing happened to me with the 30 gallon tank..eventually it will come out..i think :thumbs:

underground filters blow..had one and would not reccomend to anyone..id go with the smalles power filter u can find..it will be overkill most likely but it's ur best option if u want to filter a 1 gallon

anything involving vertebrates has to be supervised by a vet and requires 2 years of paperwork :thumbs: ..look somewhere else.. ;)

Hey all it's been way to long since I last posted..mostly because my fish are doing great!! :D :D remember me ..had the setup with the pleco and 3 balas well there all doing good only much bigger and the plants have grown too..ill probably post some new pics some time

Sorry but your totally wrong..petsmart have much better aquariums around here than any of the local stores...They have gravel, clean tanks, decorations, and a little lettuce for the good times. joy :D :D

I had just put in a square of tubifex worms and some flakes. They were floating at the top. After I went and set down aways away. My pleco aka slugo went to the top of my tank and started to eat some of worms. It was pretty cool :lol: He likes to hide in the plants and hang on the columns so...

At high quality (the only thing worth shooting) 16mb wont hold sh*t. However my sony only came with 8mb so look at it as a plus. YOu'll definately have to buy a 128mb or 256 card. If you do buy this camera, make sure you learn whats the largest card compatible with it and how much it costs.

If you can afford it, the best digital camera is a Nikon. Those are pretty expensive, so your best bet is probably a sony. I have a DSC-P9 Cyber-Shot, it cost around 700 when I got it Compared to the top Nikon at 2,000-3,000, its a good deal. Mine is 4 megapixels.
