Hi guys I'm confused about what to use sand or gravel? Different peoplel have said use different things I want to have a plec in the tank and maybe some other bottom dwelling fish so wanna kno eats best if so where wud u recommend getting it? In the uk.. Cheers ben

couriers will deliver them sort of things but you have to have clearnace 1st in the uk DHL will do it but you need clearance, which is stupid as they use the same vans, our company uses DHL for deliveries of gold cyanide for plating

hi guys im looking for a mature filter to kick start the fishless cycle looked on the list but it seems the only guy near to me (lowestoft)is banned so i was wondering if anyone was near to norwich if so could i have a mature filter from you? be looking to collect in about a month so no rush...

hi guys going to pic up tank very soon i think i know what i want, but what should i use on the bottom is it best to layer thing with sand gravel stones etc or just one of the above? when using wood will it be ok to boil for around 15-20 mins stand in water over night and add to the tank? Ben

I keep Reading about the fishless cycle slot but haven't still got my around it, so I have to add ammonia to the water? Surely when u do a 25% water change every week ure taking a step backwards? Also when you clean the filter aren't u then removing the good bacteria? Ben
