Just saying the water and tank size is "fine" isn't really helping very much, a bit more information could help diagnose a problem. With the information you have given it is almost impossible to say what could be wrong.

The silvery pim is a Pimelodus blochii and the striped one is a riverine Synodontis species most likely from the brichardi complex. The other two are bang on correct being a S.eupterus and a Hoplo.

It all depends on the size of the sponges and how powerfull your air pump is. I run tanks up to 180 gallons on air powered sponge filters but the ones i use are rated at 100 gallons per sponge and are ran off a 120lph koi pond air pump.
