yeah the tank is cycled, the water does stink a little but i think that was some plants that have given up and started to rott at the roots. i spotted that a few days back and have now removed the offending plants.

The fish that seems most effected has been alieneted by the other 2 platties, all she does is hide all day/night because the other female and male chase her away or try to attack her if shes openly swiming or foraging.

i have checked, there are no white spots. the fish in question have silvery looking scales in patches that were not there a few days prior to them rubbing against things.

i have a 126 Ltr tank with a recently added gibbicep i was told by the shop it would grow no bigger than 8 - 12 In. Now im worried, looking around the net most are alot bigger. will he be alright in my tank?
