hi i set up new 8 gallon on sunday and all water is cloudy looks like dust from gravel will this clear or do i need to strip down re clean i dont have any fish yet i did wash graver but i dont think i washed it enough.will this harm fish and will filter clear this.

thanks for reply i was thinking of dwarf i saw some nice blood dwarf gourami at lfs. what is oto is it like cat fish iwas wondering if i could get something for middle of hex tank as tank tall about 16 inches betta spends lot of time at top corys at bottom just looks a bit bare in between.

heater seems ok running 2 days 26c seems steady it was that it said on box only for 1ft tank max 4 gallons thought that didnt seem right for a 50 watt heater.

-_- hi i have just brought a 30 litre hex tank and i already have a 50 watt thermal compact mini i was wondering if i could use this in this tank as on the back of heater box it says it is for tanks upto 18 litres put i thought 50 watts would be fine as my 60 litre tank only has a 50 watt heater .

:huh: one of my platy gave birth to babies today ive seen about 3 so far ive only been keeping fish for about 8 weeks so any advice what to do as i havent got a clue also the platy that i think gave birth her skin has white patches on it on top of the platys head is this normal

:D thanks for replys tank is cycled had for 10 weeks cycled after 5weeks i cant keep any cardinals had 8 all died dont want any more i was wondering if dwarf or honey gouramis would be ok and a couple of black mollies
