I have held off with the treatment as the fish in question appears to be getting better. A lot less white stuff on it. Gonna be doing a continual water change and I'll monitor the fish to see if it gets better on its own. Thanks for everyones help.

Agree with all of above and as we do not know your level of experience I would also ask if you test your water parameters to ensure that they are suitable for the fish that you have and that your tank is cycled?

I bought 2 about 6 months ago in an attempt to reduce the algae but they have become one of my favourites in the tank. They potter about all the time and have quite a few interesting interactions with the fish. Well worth having!
