what breed of corydoras do you have ?

if you have a krey fish in there it most probly is that.. they are nasty things at the best of times and very terratorial.. but your malawis may also be the culprit. whilst they are younge they dont tend to be to bad but u can get the 1 or 2 that become terratorial.. obvisly they are canivouros...
