    I have to agree and say that when I have kept tiger barbs in the past, this behaviour of isolating itself from the rest of the shoal and standing on its head was not a good sign.

    When I had the internal Jewel filter fitted I would clean it on a weekly basis, but I removed that and now have two large external filters, which I must say only get serviced about once every 12 months.

    Hi all, 5 days ago a friend of mine gave me a large bosemani rainbow, and I have not seen him eat in all the time hes been in my tank. Could this be him being 'shy' or is there more to it?
