What the heck and how to get rid of it?

Does it count if I stuck my pothos plant roots in it LOL I do have a smaller tank that I will be working with one of the leading aquascaping people (out of Texas). I thought if I started small then could get up the nerve on the 75g.

What the heck and how to get rid of it?

I would use live plants but I keep killing them. Until I can sit down and look at my water and light perimeters then determine the best ones AND how to appropriately place them in the tank (in substrate or tied to something) fake will have to do. I did set this tank up with the Seachem planted...

What the heck and how to get rid of it?

Thank you! It's interesting that this tank has been up and going since early December. I do know something wiped out all my good bacteria and I've had to use AquaVitro Seed to help kick start everything again. I'm just now showing Nitrates again.

What the heck and how to get rid of it?

Just noticed this brown copper color on my fake plants and decor. What the heck is is and how do I get rid of it? On side note - the platys have been picking at it and I was about to do a 20% water change.

    New to angelfish, calm waters?

That is what I feel is happening, minus the playing. I say that because then they will go down to the bottom of the tank, almost like they have to rest.

    New to angelfish, calm waters?

These were taken a few weeks ago. Set up is the same.

    New to angelfish, calm waters?

I am new to the angelfish world. Tonight, I noticed, what appeared to be, a couple of my angels swimming sideways. I remember the owner of the store telling me that my tank setup was a little powerful. So could my angels be caught in the current of my tank? I did go ahead and unplug one of my...

    Stocking a 60L

60 liters is 15 gallons, so I would say. For the record, I would say no to the guppies, mollys and platys because they are live bearers. Meaning if you have a male and female, you are going to have babies. Guppies are like rabbits LOL

    How many more?

Yes, that's why I was very deliberate in stocking my tank. Right now the gouramis are the biggest fish I have in there. I added the angels last so the other fish can establish their areas first. I have plenty of hiding places with the rock structures and plants (all different heights and some...

    How many more?

That was my thought. The angels will get about 6 inches. So while it may look "bare" now, it won't when the rosabors, honey gourmis and angels grow.

    How many more?

Everything I read prior, said that tetras can nip at their fins. I was a little surprised when he suggested and even asked him. He said that they wouldn't. I was also concerned with the small size of neons and potentially being a snack. Granted my angels are babies (1 inch) but they will grow...

    How many more?

I'm new to owning big aquariums and am looking for some input. I recently (2 months ago) obtained a 75gallon aquarium. It is cycled and doing wonderful. My whole goal was to add Black Lace Angelfish. Today, I was able to find 5 small ones and 3 small smoky angels. When I told the fish guy what I...
