Whenever my boyfriend has any trouble with his fish he does a water change every day for a week and it always seems to sort it. (not any good if you are dosing meds though) See what Wilder says though :good:

Oh that's a great price. It doesn't do them justice in the tanks at Maidenhead, I wasn't totally sure but my boyfriend really liked them so we got them. It wasn't until we got them in my tank I really thought how lovely they look, they are different and that's what I wanted :good:

Probably trying to charge too much then, we went to two different Maidenheads today, they were double the price at the one! I asked the guy working there why they charged so much more than the one a couple of miles away, he said it depends on where they buy the stock. Double the price though! :lol:

They look so much better than in the photo. When they swim by the plants they look stunning. Getting along with my Embers too :)

I think long stringy pooh can also be a sign of a bacterial infection :unsure:

Fill with sugar to the first line, then fill with luke warm water to near the top ... lid on and shake well to mix the sugar in. (optional) Open lid ... add teaspoon on Bicarbonate of Soda ... close lid shake again. Open lid ... add 1/4 teaspoon of Fast action bread yeast, I use the "Hovis"...

We have another tank with Neons so wanted something a little different :)

From what I have read no there isn't, i tried for 2 months trying to help Lotus, he was still eating but was so full of fluid he was too heavy to go and get air. It was upsetting. Do you have a photo?

yeah he may have, i lost lotus to this on saturday, he got worse over 2 months, i hope yours hasn't x

Water changes every day for a week, this will really help. How often do you normally do water changes and how much? What size tank is it? I am sure someone will be along soon to give more advice.
