    I just wanted to update, but the dorsal and tail fins are all healed up and the Pectorals and Pelvic fins are starting to grow (Although they are still only stubs.). Also, I ended up moving one more Albino Cory to keep him company. The two of them ended up spawning.

    Actually, Green Water is actually very healthy for goldfish! The algea eats the ammonia and nitrates (Byproducts of the fishes wastes) and the algea also serves as a great food source for the fish. The water change wasnt really neccesary.
